Internet options issues

Hi
On a different thread I asked some question as was having some issues with Itunes etc and someone very helpfully posted the below advice
"In Internet Explorer, go up to Tools > Internet Options. Then go to the last tab, Advanced, and scroll down to the Security section. It is the fifth box down and make sure "Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)" is unchecked. Then access the iTunes Store as usual and hopefully it will fix the iTunes 9808 error."
This worked very well, however, it will not stay on that setting! I click on apply and ok etc but when the PC gets switched off it reverts back and I have to go back into it, uncheck and restart again otherwise I cannot get into my account on Itunes.
Anyone have any tips?
