Tiscali have barred access to 1280 / 18185

Back in February, I signed up with Tiscali for 12 months (I believe) for a combined broadband , phone line rental and free evening and weekend calls package. During the day, I would use the 1280 access code to route calls over either the 1899 or 18185 networks.
About 3 weeks ago, it would appear that they have “upgraded” something and the 1280 access code is not working. After reporting this as a fault, they have said that by upgrading me to “new Tiscali network”, the 1280 access code is not available.
I am about to complain to their Customer Services as the removal of this 1280 access codes is not acceptable; by not having access to these other carriers, I am paying more to Tiscali.
I am interested in any views as to whether I can terminate my contact before the end of term as the service they are providing me has changed.?

Only BT are required to offer indirect access to the likes of 18185/1899/etc.
Tiscali cover thereselves.
"3.13 If you receive our Telephone Services, we reserve the right to restrict your access to other Networks and route all telephone calls through our Network. This includes calls dialed commencing with the prefix 1 (including for example the prefixes 132 and 1280).prefixes. "

We are with Tiscali.
Complete bunch of clowns.
Never gets near the quoted "8MB" speed, rarely gets above 1mb.
They throttle the bandwidth between 9am and 11pm.
Could not play wii online as they kept cutting it off.
Cannot watch iplayer as the bandwidth is so throttled.
We have TalkTalk at my Mums and its been almost completely problem free and reguarly gets speeds of 3mb+
The change of ownership cant come soon enough.0
