I phoned them and was told it takes 2 days for the process to be completed. I explained that I had passed that already, so they changed it to 2 working days, and since that has passed they agreed it looked odd and would now 'try' and fast track my application.

    Paypal at its finest. (not)

The cut off point is £9.50 or thereabouts, so if you sell most of your stuff at less than that including postage then a micro account is the way to go.

  • I emailed as you suggested cyberbob

The wrote back saying as you didnt apply for a micropayments you need to apply to change account...use this link xxxx

I was at work so replied via Iphone, saying I specifically applied for a micropaymkents account, AND this was very poor service but I would fill in change process when I arrived home

At 1600 I got another email confirming my account had been changed

    EXCELLENT SERVICE....Who said paypal don't listen :)?

    Cheers for all your help
