Did anyone enter this competiton by post? I did, sent a postcard and today got my postcard sent back. The only good thing the stamp can be used again........

Did Royal Mail write anything / put a label on the postcard? If not it may just be that Royal Mail has accidentally delivered it to the sender address rather than the receiver address.
2022 wins include.... £1,000 cheque £150 ASDA gift card £250 Impericon gift voucher £100 cheque £100 of plant bulbs £100 Bower Collective voucher

Hi I also entered and have not had my postcard back....however suspect it may be a postal error...unfortunately they sometimes send postcards back to the sender in error. A way to avoid this is to write your details at an angle on the postcard - this seems to work for me - hth

i entered it but by text, as lovetowinacar / skippycat says, best to write your address on a slant or turn the p/card sideways & write your address, there's some good tips on ppd's 1st page ..

Thanks for the tip, never thought of that. Surely would have thought the post office would notice the 1st/2nd stamp on the front, and take this as the address its going to.
Guess they just misread the wrong side

The back of the postcard with my addy on it was stamped by the PO.
Oh well, you live and learn.
  • I always put my email address beneath my address now and not had any postcards returned since doing this.
