Hi,
Basically I bought a PC back in Feb 09 and its had a few problems that I have just learned to put up with.
The USB slots kick everything out
Monitor goes green
Freezes
Not very clear screen (not sharp at all)
(I have restored to factory settings etc and tried drivers so on so forth all tested)
I called up about the above problems (except monitor - which I went to the store about and they just fobbed me off to the manufacturer!) at the beginning of this month (this computer has hardly been used) and they said its the motherboard and came out and fitted a new one. Fair enough.
Anyway the computer hasn't been used in a few weeks and I have still got all of the above problems, I have had the computer 10 months and I am sick of this. I am not really happy to have a repair again since they have tried this already with no luck I think the machine needs scrapping. I would be happy with vouchers to their store to replace the machine but I just don't know my rights and I am sure to be fobbed off with another call out and still the same problems.
Can anyone help me please
Many Thanks

tried a new lead already......I just want a working computer and since the computer comes with 1 year warranty and its still faulty I want to get a replacement as they have attempted a repair.
Not happy about this. Just dont want to keep getting fobbed off untill warranty expires if you get me?0 -
I think they might be able to get away with saying they will repair again (I bought something from currys and when they repaired it (3 times in all!) they extended the warranty on the repairs for a further 12 months). Id be inclined to ask for something in writing from them in relation to the repairs being guaranteed for a period of time. Hope you get it resolved.:smileyhea0
