toothbrush electric phillips only 12 months old not working

i bought a philips sonicare toothbrush it cost quite a lot of money im not happy just to throw it away its not the charger as it still charges and makes a noice but the head does not rotate

any one any ideas where i can get a telephone number from or address
i have no receipt as i have looked for it

    You will need some sort of proof of purchase, who did you purchase it from, because if it wasn't Philips direct then you have no redress against them,(other than they MAY assist), the retailer who sold it to you is liable under SoGA

    just remembered i have no receipt as it was bought new from ebay and i threw the box away

    thank you for the freephone number i have just called them they have taken my details and i have to post it back as its still under 2 years old as there was a number on the bottom which i gave him and from that he knew how old it was

    its worth noting that if the seller is trading as part of a business on ebay and it was Buyit now they are still liable under SOGA.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

    have you removed the head and cleared away the 'gunk'. i know that sounds rotten and im not suggesting you are rotten but these electric toothbrushes build up a layer of toothpaste over time that can stop the head from doing its job.
