    Hiya earwig,

I made the dough from Blacksaturn's recipe (oops forgot to thank for that but i will :o)
    3tbsp Oil
    400g Plain flour
    1tsp salt
1 sachet of yeast (mine are 6g) mixed with quarter pint of warm water (I found I needed to add more water but started with this and added a little more at a time til looked "right"

Combine flour and salt, add the yeast-water mixture slowly, Knead on a floured surface, put into an oiled bowl, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 1 hour. Then a quick knead and roll out, add toppings.

I preheated my oven to 150 degrees (fan assisted) and they took 15-20 mins, that may depend on how thick your base is, (ours were just under a cm)

Going to have a go at stuffed crust next time, mmmmm
