Which TV would be best for gaming? (Sharp Aquos)

Right, I've found 2 great-priced 32" Sharp Aquos TVs. I would like one as I've heard that they can have no noticable lag when gaming. I play Rhythm games so having next-to-zero lag is VERY important to me.
The first. - SHARP 32DH500
The second. - Sharp LC32DH57EBK
I can't see anything major that differs between these models, although the first should apparently be £599, but is on offer to £299.
Any help?
