another easy prepare ahead jobbie:
Dip choc chip cookies in sherry, layer with whipped double cream and grated chocolate and keep going in layers until trifle bowl is full. Chill for at least 12 hours then stuff your face. It tastes a lot beter than it sounds:rotfl:

A few times I've done choc strawberries which go down really well and fast. You just melt down some chocolate put strawberries onto cocktail sticks and dip them into chocolate, let them set on a plate or tray covered with foil in fridge.:beer:Olympic bronze challenge-started 7/1/06-total so far is £194.300
