Would they be happy with a pen set and an address book too?
Yes comes in handy for noting down prices of items before they steal them so they don't sell them too cheaply in the pub.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
I just wish people wouldn't buy cheap smellies like Lynx ect. Neither my OH or I skin can tolerate them
Perhaps you need to let you family/friends know.
We do lists of what we actually want.
It's much nicer to get things that aren't on the list but at least it gives people a clue.
You can't expect them to have ESP0 -
You could send them to the soldier in Afganistan - or see if someone local is doing the soldiers shoe boxes they fill them with bits and bobs and ship them over.0

Drop them at your local charity shop, I would - I saw lots of gift sets for sale in charity shops this Christmas.
But also tell your present buyers about your skin intolerances - my sister has a skin condition and can't have anything scented - so we buy her E45 cream - much easier if we know about preferences...!
I'm sure those people who bought you presents would rather get you something you can use?Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved! Yey!! YIPPEE!!0 -
What about sending them to a parent of a seriously ill child as a "thinking of you" present, or to a teenage boy who is seriously ill (they often get left out as people don't know what to send them), just go to www.postpals.co.uk and choose someoneBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card
Rehome an unwanted prize or gift with a seriously ill child through Postpals.co.uk0 -

I would agree with the poster who said to let the people know that you can't use these type of products.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670
