Right, im feeling more and more dispondent about this credit card charges reclaiming situation. I sent letters off in August to 5 different companies, most have said no, so now passed my complaint to the FOS - but its taking soooooo long.
Just feel like giving up now, dont feel im going anywhere with the claim and im close to just chucking my paperwork in the bucket.
I know, honestly, that im not the only person on earth trying to reclaim charges, but honestly is the FOS just a one-man show??!!
Im claiming PPI back from some companies aswell and its just as bad.
sorry for the moan, but im loosing patience, fast.

I thought it was the bank account charges in dispute due to recent cases, not credit card?
Nattie, FOS over court is obvious - one is free, the other isn't.0 -

Court costs are part of the settlement plus if they are in receipt of benefits they can claim an exemption from fees so it will cost them nothing.0 -
Lizzie S - It is the bank charges that are in dispute - but MY claim for credit card charges is just taking very long and its the usual the company initially says no.0
