PC World and New PC

Hi Guys

Hope someone can help, I purchased a new PC from PC World in october I needed specific spec so I went for a very specific gaming system

When I got this home the !!!!!! would not turn on and after a few calls to there "Technical" support they suggested I return it into store , I did this and the shop did not have the model I had so there arranged for one to be shipped from somewhere else to me.

OK so I got the new PC and set it up and all was great for about 3-4 weeks and then the same issue on the new model.

This time they arranged for repair guy to call and fix it, waited a week with no computer and when he turned up to look at it he informed me that the system board was broken so would need to take it and get it fixed.

1 1/2 further weeks with no PC and it fanally arrived back.

All was well again until today, Turned on the PC this morning and guess what the same problem, called PC world again and they are sending someone else the end of next week to yet again have a look and will more than likley take it away again.

As it is only 3 months old can I return the PC to the shop and get a refund as 3 issues in 3 months is a bit bad?

The computer is a Acre Aspire 6GB model and cost over £800 so am a bit annoyed at the though of a total of a month of non use?

Yep I would say that is pretty rubbish to have three majors faults in three months. It's obviously a piece of rubbish. Which is why since I had a bad experiencez like this. I have always insisted on building my own computers - but obvluosuly this isn't always everybodies cup of tea. :D
