    You still have not said what type of ticket you bought though.

    I've just read this thread with interest, but can't see why it matters what ticket he bought.

    The thread was about Section 75 technicalities, nothing to do with the mispresentation stuff, that just happened to be the purchase in question.

    Maybe it's easier to understand in terms of 'would I have a claim against HSBC if it was found to be misinterpretation'. (to which the answer appears to be yes)
