battery charger for 3.7v camera battery required

i have a battery similar to the one in the picture for a fujifilm j150w camera. the battery is now flat and im looking for a charger. I went to jessops but they cost around £35 so was hoping someone could direct me to a cheaper alternative. thanks very much

It depends on your technical ability as the voltage is roughly the same as a mobile phone charger so in theory you could make one.0
