Im after a decent Netbook

dont want to pay more than £300 ideally.

Just want something reliable, something that isnt sluggish, that I can link to my TV & has a good battery life.

Can anyone recommend something or give me an idea what i should or should not be looking for i would very much appreciate it.

You may want to look at the Dell.co.uk website; found one there for £299. I'm a newbie, can't post links

Check out the Samsung NC range. The NC10 is probably the best netbook of all. Should be well within budget too.

Not wishing to be rude, but there is a whole thread on this forum specifically about netbooks,

Also try a forum search for netbook, plenty of threads just from the last few days.
    Move along, nothing to see.
  • ok sorry, ive posted my original post in there now.
  • For what it's worth, I have the Samsung and it's great. My father has the Dell, and he's not happy with it. It's slower, the touch-pad is annoying and it can't be upgraded to Windows 7.
