Last minute new year break

in Overseas holidays & travel planning
I'm looking to take my girlfriend away for a last minute break for New Year. Departing on either 30 / 31 December. Spent all of yesterday scouring for a good deal with no luck.

Looking to go away for up to a week, budget up to £600 each.

Anyone know of any deals with some availability remaining?

    If you look on Thomas Cook at their Flight/Hotel Deals (there's a code for 50 quid off on the front page), I would recommend going to Madeira for the New Year.

    The firework display in Funchal is the best on the planet (they are attempting world record for largest display ever this year) and the Christmas lights are astounding!
