Returning a Indoor aerial to Currys

I brought a indoor aerial from Currys yesterday and when i took it home it just didnt work. Im thinking its the whole brand that just isnt good enough so dont want to swap. will they give me a hard time if i take it back for a refund?

also can i take it back to any Currys or does it have to be the same one, sorry but i dont have much experience in returning goods so just wanted to know where i stand. thanks alot x

I bought an indoor ariel a while back - Currys were fine about giving me a refund when I returned it as it wasn't working well enough to give me a decent picture. I wouldn't have thought you would have any trouble so long as you have the receipt and the packaging is not damaged.

Tell them you can't get a signal with it and they should give you a refund as long as you have a receipt.

Google for a Telecam TCE2001, they perform better than anything Currys sells.

Thank you so much for you help. I only ask because ive never opened something and tried to use it and then return it before, i always returned items that i havent opened so i wasnt sure if they would give me a hard time. =D thanks again x

I hope you kept the packaging intact. If you ripped it or something then they might have an issue, otherwise, they should be fine. You can't tell if an aerial will be sufficient or not until you've actually tried it. They will know that.
