hi i was wondering if anyone can help me!!
i am in the process of buying a house that i am currentlyt already living in after doing some small diy work i have come to find dry rot throughout and also a lot of damp i was wanting to know if my insurence would cover this when i bought the house or would it not be covered as it hasnt happend while i have bought it and has been there when i have purchased it if that makes sense. hope someone can help and thankyou for taking the time to if you can many thanks kai.
