can't get hold of talk talk!!!

my phone isn't working this morning, no dial tone, can't ring in or out!

So i'm ringing talk talk it says there bank holiday opening hours at 10-5, i'm having to ring from my mobile, i go through all the selections and then it just says sorry we are closed!
I've tried every department so far and emailed them.

I ment to be working right now for which i need my house phone, i've only been with them a week and haven't had any problems before now!

Why are they not open?

Hate to tell you but I could never ever get through their stupid automated system ever to speak to a person could it wouldnt recognise my details

Well i have posted on there (thank you for the link) and there are other posts from this morning with the same problem, unfortunatly the site will not be staffed today with it being bank holiday and non of the other posts have had any replies!

I just dont understand i am not in an area of disruption so why am i effected?

If you are dependent on your telephone for working, I would suggest that Talk Talk are perhaps not the best choice of providers.

They may not be open today, as I believe it is a bank holiday.

Have you tried the checks in the BT phone book? It may well be a fault with your own equipment, which you could resolve yourself.
