Yay! I've had only one spend day this week and that was a top up grocery shop; unfortunately, OH forgot the shopping list and blew my budgeted £35 pledge out of the water with a spend of £54.82 - d'oh!

So pointypenguin, you can show me red for this week already. Valuable lesson learnt though - don't let OH loose in the shops without a shopping list!

Have a good New Year's Eve everyone!

  • Morning all,

I have updated the first post let me know if I have missed anything.

I am in the middle of New Year's Eve preparations like doing my hair then need to go shopping to find something to wear

No idea about spends it has all been rather up in the air so I will calculate it all up when I am finished battling in the shops.

    Have a good day all.

I've never joined any of these things before, but I really need to pay off as much as poss off my credit cards this year, so here goes. I'm going to set myself £30. No need for a new outfit for new years, am wearing an old favourite dress!

  • Well, I got hit for £9.05 in library fines.. OMG!! I am still in shock.. Own fault I know but . That £10 could have gone towards my debt..

On the plus side, I did go into a well known supermarket this morning to do some grocery shopping. Whilst checking my receipt, I saw that I had been charged more for some enchilladas than was actually displayed. I went and complained and they refunded the price that I had actually paid so got them for free.

But still within my £12 so guess that's ok..
