  • Morning all,

Welcome/Welcome back to some joiners this week.

Spends for yesterday were £26 on travel, lunch and some posh cheese from Harrods. Quite a lot but I have had a cheap Xmas so far so I am not complaining,

I feel the same about having eaten too much. I will be down the gym when I get home.
    Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30

  • HI everyone

NSD for me yesterday but I will be sending later as got a few parcels to send

Bloo I know what you mean about christmas cards....I swore I wasnt doing them this year but I bought some in the sales last year and ended up sending loads and spending a fortune on postage! I have some people who we send a letter and card to catch up every year so I will carry on that as I like to hear peoples news.

Hope everyone has a good day
    Weekly Spend Challenge £20
  • Hi everyone

had a trip to the sales....but was returning some unwated clothes gifts so 'spent' the refund money so I only spent £5 of my cash on clothes but got some jeans and a top : ) Im pleased as the jeans are exactly the same as my faves but a size smaller and they sort-of fit....well if I breath in alot! but back on the diet bandwagon as I lost a stone before christmas but eaten loads this week so prob gained it all back again! but determined to do it now.

I bought my daughter some £2 hairclips and £1 on cake as we were hungry!

£1.50 left but should be okay as not doing much.

Hi All, been out in town today at the sales, really dissappointing this year, got a £20 gift voucher and bought trousers and a bra, was very pleased with that, also bought a present for work (not my money) and only spent £10 of our money on some poundland essentials, and Christmas cards in the Card Factory sale! Very pleased actually, going to the cinema tomorrow with a gift voucher from Christmas, so hoping for a NSD.

Hi!! Can I come back and join in please? I've been slacking a bit, and overspent slightly at Xmas. I have £20 a week for myself so that will be my budget from now til the end of the week.
Hope everyone has had a good festive period!

  • Hi all, I finished very very red last week. Oh dear.

Plus, on christmas day my car felt left out and demanded a new battery as a christmas present, lol. So £70 into the kwikfit coffers from me today. Boooo!

I'd like to pledge £35 this week as I have too many social functions, doh! Looking forward to the New Year so I can go back to being a hermit!

I hope everybody had a lovely christmas xx

  • 3rd day today and no money spent so far.. However, need to pay some library fines tmrw so that is going to make an indent into my £12 but hopefully stay within my budget for the week.;)
