Replacement printer cartridges for Dell printer?

Does anyone know where I can get hold of these or something that will work in my printer? As far as I can tell, you can only get them from Dell and they are £££££ expensive!
Can I find any alternate thats compatible?

Buy a copy of computer active magazine, look at the back pages tonnes of ads for what you're looking for.
Magazine is cheap also.0
