Reclaim business bank account charges?

Hello,
I am aware of the court's decision on personal account but does this affect reclaiming on business accounts? I would like to reclaim charges on my business account - has anyone had any lucky with this?

The SC decision has no effect on reclaiming on business accounts. If you are what is called a macro enterprise ie less than 12 employees and turnover up to £1milliuon you can complain to the bank and then go forward to the FOS.0
