Really annoyed at Woolworths and Littlewoods

I have been refused for a shopping account with both Woolworths online and Littlewoods online. The Woolies one happened just before Christmas and Littlewoods happened today.

Being paranoid about ID fraud etc, I subscribed to Experian and checked my account and there was nothing unexpected at all.

I have a small mortgage which has always been paid religiously every month with overpaments making my monthly amount 250% of the actual instalment.

I have had a credit card, purely for Tesco points, which is paid in full every month and always has been - I use it for absolutely everything so there's a lot going through it but balance is always £0 at the end of the month.

So, why do I keep getting refused accounts?

Don't know why you are getting refused specifically but as Littlewoods and Woolworths are the same company it could go some way to explaining it.
