Cost of diverting gas supply to cooker?

Hi everybody, hope you all had a good xmas
We have recently moved house and need to get a new freestanding cooker. The one currently there is electric but we are keen to have a gas hob on the new one. Can anyone advise what the rough cost would be to fit a gas supply to allow this? The gas meter is on the other side of the wall to where the cooker is, so i assume it will only involve running a pipe through the wall and down to the cooker.......
Thanks in advance......
