Hi,
Please help!
I seem to have gone over on my sky broadband download allowance. Kids have been downloading games and things from the internet on their new games consoles so now i have gone over. My limit is 10gb and it is now on almost 12gb. I can't seem to find anywhere on sky that will tell me how much this is going to cost me so if you can help please let me know! Thanks

If its the first time you've gone over your allowance then theres no charge, got the same email myself (im on base tho) what happens is they will email you if you reach 70% next month so you can keep within your allowance.
If however you go over your allowance a second time in a 6mth period they will automaticly upgrade you to the next package.:hello:"Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is knowing it doesn't go in a fruit salad

It won't cost you anything, if you go over your limit twice in 6 mths then they automatically put you on the next package up. So it will cost an extra £5 a mth on the higher package....
edit : beaten to it...What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0 -
Thanks! Think i will upgrade to unlimited just incase! Its free for 6 months and then £10 per month instead of the £5 i pay now.0

I was just going to advise this as I have done this myself, so it wont cost you any more over the next 12 months.
I also went via Quidco for £20 cashback

Does anyone know when this offer expires?:hello:"Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is knowing it doesn't go in a fruit salad
