How odd, just checked my tcb and a hotel reservation which I made but cancelled has gone through from pending to tracked....I've claimed the amount owing to me but suspect at some point that amount will be taken back, luckily I have enough pending to cover it when they spot the error!

I'm off the mark for this month with £1.88 in interest, so that's literally just £1.88/£155 so far!
ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)
  • I'm going to sign up again this month. December got off to a great start and then fell short once the silly season kicked in.

Off to a good start this month though! Two amazon sales on waking up this morning AND a £25 win on BB!

Hopefully this will be the year I wipe out my debts!

Good luck everyone and happy new year!

    Happy New Year everybody.

I have opened my new calendar and its full of vouchers - so if I spend a £1 in the local garden centre this month I will get a pair of secateurs worth £5.99 and so it goes on each month there is a different offer - its far better than offering me drinks and meals in their restaurant.

Morning all and Happy New Year !

Used 4 vouchers on a food shop earlier today which totalled £3.

Also have £92 quidco tracked but I won't count it until it hits my bank account (might not be until Feb so need to get my bum in gear and Ebay some stuff !)

So, total for me today is £3. I'm only a beginner though so still learning the ropes :o:D.

Edit: I forgot I got £0.27 in interest too so total is £3.27 :j
    :jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j

First addition for me is 20p found in an old handbag while sorting out my bedroom. If I had 20p for every handbag in my wardrobe I would be at least a week into the challenge already
