I'm sure I read somewhere on here, a sim advertised on ebay was removed from the auction by the owners of the sim.... i.e the phone company, and it was illegal to sell it on. :-/

    Am I right ?? :-/

This thread refers to "3 Sim Cards" and the reasons for the withdrawls are not clear. It could be a simple matter of the seller using an image which belongs to 3 in their advert, or more complicated built into the 3 T&C's :o
  • Even so...you should be careful Vodaphones Terms & Conditions, may well have legal implications with selling this on and copyright issues. Ebay are trying to desperately "clean up" when it comes these types of things. So do check...!

I got one of those Vodafone Sim Cards & am thinking of selling it on Ebay, this will be my first sale & it's all somewhat confusing.

Do you have to register the SIM to find out the phone number?

no it is written on the outside of the packet! you don't even break the seal!!

I think 3 doesn't mind if people sell the sims because no matter what they get more customers!! That is why you can have 4 per freebie!!
