Well priced ps3 bundles

Hey,
I got some money for Christmas and I'm looking to buy a PS3 bundle. Does anyone know where I can find a bundle involving either assassins creed 2 or cod mw2? Looking for a slim 120g edition.
Iv been looking around but can't find any bundles like this

retailers seem to be a little less generous with ps3 bundles compared to 360 bundles but if you walk into a hmv store and stand looking at the bundle offers in the game section a sales person is likely to ask if you need help. you want to have a plan of action by this time because they will often change games within bundles if you ask. for example if they had a bundle that included fifa10 and killzone 2 you could ask if you could replace one of them with one of the games you want. you could even replace both. i think they often have the 250gb console at the same price as the 120gb. so i would say why not go for that.
ps i strongly recomend getting uncharted 2 as it is a great game.

Assuming you have enough money this is a good bundle it is the 250gig version tho and has MW2 and the 2009 game of the year Unchartered 2:D
Two must have games for the ps3;)

Depends on the console package because Uncharted 2 and AC2 have both been bundled by Sony making them impossible to be split.
However, today I have seen:

HMV - Same as above...but with AC2 involved too with an either/or for one of the games (not sure which) but if you haggled, you could probably get the 2 you wanted (if it wasn't a bundled console).
Pretty good price for 2 new top notch games and a 250gb. Even if you didn't want the games, I've heard they're fetching £28 trade in for used on COD4MW2). Trade them both...you're look around £240 for the top line console.

that package is an example of what i am talking about. they have bundled 2 games but added £50 to the price. an xbox 360 elite costs £200 and you could probably find a package that includes the equivalent games without anymore being added to the cost. well certainly they would add less than £50. i think i have seen ps3 packages in hmv with 2 good games for around £285. i got my ps3 before the price cut for £293 and it included 2 good games and 2 blu ray movies. since the price cut packages as good as that have disappeared.

They still have the £285 one in HMV and that one for £300. If you look at it for the RRP of the games you're getting; the £300 makes the console worth £210-240 (depending on how savvy you shop) and the £285 the same (ish).
There will be another good offer but it will probably coincide with a big release...and the next one for that is Bioshock 2 maybe?

I did myself quite proud today.

Went to Gamestation and the chap asked what I wanted in the pack, told him and said he'd only "trade in" the package games so told him "I'd bear it in mind".
Went to HMV and (after waiting for 5 minutes to catch someones eye) was helped out...but they won't have the above bundle in until New Year.
Went into Game and they had a very similar bundle (Unch2 and MW1) for £285 (like HMV). Got the assistant manager and said I would like it with MW2...said the only way he would match is if I took out the 2 year cover too (so £300 + £35). Seemed a good deal...but I tried a little push by saying "I'm in no rush so may wait for the HMV one".

After a quick ponder I walked away with a 250gb concolse, Unch2, COD4MW2, a Game members card, 2 years cover and a £10 voucher for £325!!! It really is worth trying to push your luck sometimes
