Anyone having problems with 18185 billing?

Seasons greetings to the board!

I received an automated email this morning from 18185 to the effect that payment was declined by my payment provider.

I've rung my credit card company and was advised that the payment hasn't been declined and is going through.

I tried sending an email to their customer services address service@18185.co.uk that was given in the email. I received a bounced notification almost immediately.

I've been to the website and can't see any obvious way of contacting them. All the links via the "Contact Us" option go through to a list of FAQs.

Has anyone else received an erroneous payment failed message?

Furthermore are there any other contact methods for their Customer Services?

Other than this first time glitch I have nothing but praise for the service.
