LOL Its quite satisfying isn't it. I spent last week dying plain white curtains that I bought from Ikea bright pink. Then I folded them in half and stitched them and so for £12 I had a lovely pair of funky curtains for my daughters room. Much better than the expensive horrible ones I bought from Next on Credit. I keep popping into the room to look at them.
