Well he has refunded me 50p for the box which is fair enough as I can get them on-line for about £5 for 10.

The DVD's appear undamaged and play OK. Not the best quality, but these are very old films and for the money, well worth it.

This is the item I bought, but I am not the buyer of this one, but my item is identical and he sells loads of them.

If he refunded then I would leave positive feedback and make a note that he responded to your complaint in an appropriate manner. After all, the damage wasn't his fault.

I would not know if these were out of copyright ... but some of his other sales seem more recent

I have positive rec'd him with appropriate comment about cost of box being refunded.
