Plenty of company formation agents do the whole thing for £25 or so.
Just a word of warning, if you're so price sensitive on the formation, do you have enough funds to pay for an accountant for advice and the year end tax returns and accounts. There've been plenty of posts on these and other forums by people who've gone head first into forming a company but havn't appreciated the complications and then end up with fines of hundreds of pounds or paying too much tax because deadlines were missed or the set up wasn't planned properly for tax efficiency. General advice from many posters is to get an accountant on board from the outset, even before forming the company, to make sure it's right for you and to get the best out of it.0 -

Was slightly worried about this as most cheap online incorporations do not include all the necessary legal documents. However ukcorporator seem to charge £70 which includes everything but then refunds £50 if you open a HSBC business bank account.0 -
