I ordered an ipod touch from the online store (using a 15% off voucher) on the 24th of December and reserved it for store collection. Everything went through fine and I got the email saying the item will be reserved for me until closing time today (Dec 26th). So I go into the store and they seem to have "lost" my order on their system! They allow me to show proof that I ordered and I showed them the email I received from comet confirming the order and showing I used a voucher code. They wouldn't accept this as proof and basically told me to pay full price or get lost. Surely it's not my fault that I made a legitimate order and they conveniently lost it?!!

I've had it with all these companies Comet, PC world, Currys, etc. Not happy at all
