Thanks for posting this, got to tell you what I achieved today:

    Bought 3 Real People magazines - 30p x 3 = 90p at first Tescos at lunch-time gaining £7.17 in vouchers.

    2nd shop:
Used the 6 x 30p off Real People magazine to get 6 FREE copies each containing £2.39 worth of vouchers - total vouchers £14.34

Bought 6 Daily Mails costing £2.70 in total containing £10.20 worth of vouchers.

Bought one Comic costing £1.75 to get 100 bonus points

Total spend = £4.45 minus one house beautiful and one just rol voucher, cash spent = £2.66 points gained 104 points (worth £4.16 at MFI) PLUS a till spill of 250 points when I buy any chart dvd

Therefore total spend £3.56 - total profit in vouchers of £31.71 - minus spend = £28.15 UTTER PROFIT !!!! to use against my Tesco shopping.

Many thanks to the posters of the vouchers ! long may they continue

    Welshy xx

I would love to know how you used 2 x 30p coupons to get 6 free mags which cost 30p each:confused:

I think there were 2 x 30p coupons in each of the 3 magazines originally purchased, hence 6 coupons for 30p = 6 more mags!

Yes that is correct 80934 with 3 magazines, I had 2 x 30p vouchers in each copy so used all 6 vouchers to get 30p off the magazine which is currently priced at 30p so effectively free. Happy days

Thought I knew a fair bit about money saving until I joined this site !! After reading loads of posts about book vouchers, mag & newspaper money off coupons (thanks Welsh Dragon you are a woman ? after my own heart) & try me frees, I surprised hubby my dashing out to Tesco's at ten to 9 to try all this out !!!

I bought Coors beer (party tomorrow on TMF)
    Cravendale milk
    loads of REAL people mag
    couple of daily mails

Then looked really shifty at the self service checkout as I split it into 2 (for the receipts) and then proceeded to feed £6 book tokens in and Chicago town vouchers!!!

Total lot including some other bits cost £14, of which £10 I'm claiming back so I've got beer, milk, cheese, & present for sons teacher (in reduced section naturally) PLUS about £12 in coupons which I am going to use tomorrow to pay for chicago town pizza which is on BOGOF at Tesco £1.66 altogether and there are money coupons on there too so making a profit & getting free pizza !!!

Sorry to ramble but i LUUUURRVE saving money - and getting one over on tesco's too - Cheers all:beer:
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.
