Seen a property I want which is up for £126K I have a max budget of £120K. I have made a max offer of £117K so far which was rejected. The EA has told me the vendor is looking for £124 to £125K to sell. The property has been on the market for at least 2 months and when I submitted my offers they never mentioned any other offers. What should my next move be do you think offer the £120K and if rejected look elsewhere or should I go £118K and work my way up? Im pretty sure they have had no other offers. It is a end terrace with a garage and conservatory I know the same style mid terrace sold for £110K recently. Is an end terrace with a garage worth the extra 10K?
Thanks in advance for any advise.

go in at £120 saying last and final offer and you can proceed quickly and ignore the lies that follow.0

I personally would pay an extra £10k for end terrace and a garage would be worth it in my book - less issue with noisy neighbours and a lot more storage space (garages arent about housing cars
)
If you put the last offer in at 117 and said it was your max then offer 120 saying you have reviewed your finances, you are very keen but the absolute max you can stretch yourself to is 120All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
