Hi the grandson got an ipod touch and has downloaded apps but it says they're installed but at the bottom says waiting and he can't access it .Anyone know anything about this (it's all dutch to me ):huh:

Is he connected to a wifi network?
Tell him just to download one at a time, incase he is 'clogging' up the download.

How long has it said 'waiting' for? Sometimes different apps take different lengths of time to download, depending on their size. Also, what memory does his itouch have?

I thought 'waiting' meant it was already downloading another app? Also as mentioned, go to settings>wi-fi and make sure he is connected

8g apps tink it's 5mb(all this is DOUBLE dutch to me )0

also just try turning it off and back on again, can sometime kick things off.0
