My sister and I went shopping yesterday. Got there at 10am and went up to Next, I don't like their clothes anyway, so we left empty handed and went to Boots...where we also left empty handed! M&S was closed so we went into town.

It was SO quiet, we usually have to park on floor 6/7 of the carpark, but got as far down as 2. Town was very quiet as were the shops that were open. We only wanted a few bits and i'm very happy as got a bag I spotted before christmas which was £22, for £10 (thank you to my sister though as she asked the assistant to check as it was still marked at the original price) :D
    Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

M&S awful today in solihull some people had mounds of clothes in baskets with their kids guarding them, pushing, shoving with way too many people in store & two ambulances were called
Really disapointed with reductions too, there were very few shoes/ bags reduced and next to no xmas things left
Really disapointed what a wasted trip!

dont think i did so well in these sales- definitely worth it to go early-went later on this year and it was just too packed! there were a couple of bargains but queues put me off....and the fact that you see so many good things but not in your size!!!:mad::mad:
Did do some shopping online, but loads of the stuff I saw in the shops was not the same as their inline version...definitely much more choice and variety int he shops...i'd say stick to both..;)

    hope everyone done well:D
