Parrot car kit fitter/speedo now not working

bit of techy help required
I have just installed my Parrot car kit, which was pretty easy, the car kit works fine (little quiet - for people to hear) but over ok.
The only problem is On my MG ZR, after i put the car back together the speedo didnt work!, the rev counter did but not the speedo.
I put the stereo back to normal and the speedo worked fine.
if anyone can offer any help, I'm on a xmas budget so can't afford to get it stalled professionally.
