I am a bit peed off with Standard Life. I took out an endowment with them in the early 90s when they were consistently showing good leadership. Needless to say I am having to make some very steep adjustments to my mortgage plan which in my 50s has been very demanding on the family income. They then offer the shares before the floatation at quite attractive rates. They get the vote and almost instantly review the share price. I feel they knew exactly what they were doing and many thousands of us fro:mad: m all generations have been conned. I know the markets can go up and down but feel that SL have taken the p*** out of us. I feel like ramming my shares up the chairmans anal passage sideways. But thats just my simple way of looking at it"Did you hear about the frog that broke down on the motorway???? They toad him away!"0
