Compensation from HMV

Options
I was doing a spot of last minute xmas shopping and saw in HMV that they were selling Cheryl Cole for £8.99. Now I'm not so keen on the accent but she is quite pretty so I thought this was quite a deal. So I went to the back of a very long queue and queued for a good 10 minutes to be told it's not Ms. Cole but some dodgy music CD (really quite nasty). How much compensation can I expect? I know my rights and am owed what was advertised plus I'm paid loads so that 10 mins wasted has to be worth at least £50000 and then compensation for disappointment too...

I would ask for at least £100,000. What if a child had got hold of it? A CHILD!

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
    Now 20% cooler

Too true - music like that could scar a child for life and condemn them to listening to only pure pop drivel. I think I should up my claim to £650k with that in mind. Do you think I should contact environmental health and or trading standards?
