    They cancelled one pair, and the other pair is dispatched. Mines were a size jnr 3 and jnr 4, they cancelled the size 3's.

    I've had my order cancelled as well. Not happy as they were obviously in stock when I ordered them and when I check the site now they are still there. Was it a ploy to get more people to their website.

    mine cancelled too - mens showing at 11.30 am yesterday when i bought - then off the website by last night and the cancellation email this morning!!

    Cancelled one of my pairs too although I was one of the first to order at 11am Xmas day, amazingly all sizes/colours back in stock now on Sunday night at pre discount prices of course.

    Ah well, write it off, this stuff happens, move on to the next bargain :cool:
  • Yep me canceled to I ordered my pair at 9.40am on Christmas day so sure they were in stock when I ordered- won,t be bothering with them again.
  • Cancelled one of two pairs (Junior sz3) and other awaiting dispatch but whether they will...we wait and see.
    As someone said above, great offer, very annoying about cancellations but there will be another offer round corner I suppose.
    If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

    Dear Sir Or Madame,

    I write to complain regarding the cancellation of my above mentioned order no : (put your order No in). I note that SportsDirect only offered a limited 2 days to make purchases of the said item at the discounted price, however it appears they SportsDirect are no longer willing to honour there offer and as a consumer i feel that it is not fair practice for SportsDirect to cancel my order without offering an alternative to match the value of the original offer that Sportsdirect are unwilling to honour. Please note that when the item was purchased the item was not OUT OF STOCK, i note the item is STILL not showing as out of stock so i can only assume that SportsDirect are unwilling to honour there own offer and no doubt will honour the sale of the same item at full price. I also note that i am not the only person who has encountered the same problem, as you will note the offer was posted on HOTUKDEALS and there is an abundance of unsatisfied customer who will be willing to complain and escalate the issue of unfair practice. Therefore i request in order to resolve my dissatisfaction that sportsdirect either - a) Honour the ORIGINAL ORDER, b) Hold the order until the so called "Out Of Stock Item" returns back into stock or c) offer an atlernative product with the same saving as offered in the original order. Should sports direct refuse to honour the agreement then the matter will be escalated.
