New driver insurance
Comments
-
When I first got insured we looked at the possibility of having my mum as a named driver (I'm 19) and it put the insurance premium up even more. It was cheaper for me to be the main driver and I got a quote for like £1,300 with direct line which was the cheapest.
Since he is intending to buy a car can I suggest he tries looking at buying a different car. If for example he has got a quote for a 1litre corsa it may be worth looking at other vehicles which are 1 litre or less. My first car was a swift and because it was quite old it didn't bother me as much if I was to have an accident and ding it.0
