Just an update for those who are interested.
Just left down the telephone to Hobbycraft again. This time I spoke to a female who stated that there was no Henry working there. She asked me did I realise that I had telephoned a shop called Hobbycraft. She also said that Hobbycraft has over forty stores. All this because I said "Can I speak to Henry please". However as she argued with me for a few minutes on the telephone the deputy manager must have heard her as he then came on the telephone and she had not said she was passing the call over and was still ranting that there was no Henry working there. Steve the deputy manager asked for my name but could not find any reference of me/my order although I had stated that Henry had taken it down incorrectly. When he got my telephone number he was able to state that he still had the 15 buckets and that three were to come in from the Newport store. He said that the person who sends the things over from their Newport store had been off this week but they were expected back again tomorrow. He said he would contact me as soon as they received them.
Next time I am on mainland uk I will have to add Hobbycraft to my to do/see list.0 -
