How To Ammend An Invoice?

I had a potential seller contact me several times today asking questions about 4 of the items i had ending this evening. In the end i offered me an amount for all 4 including postage which is more than i would have got if i had let the auctions run, he was the current highest bidder on all 4 items so i ended the auctions early and sold to him.
Im now having problems amending the invoice to show the correct amount and im not sure what im doing wrong!
Its not giving me the option to ammend the amount the items sold for only the postage so i added the extra onto the postage to try and make the total correct but it is coming up as £3 more than what it should be even though it is correct.
Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

You can only ammend postage costs - the actual winning bid is legally binding so can not be altered. If you just delete the old postage amount out and put the new costs in it should go through fine.:) The £2 Coin Savers Club = 0 Date joined =14/6/05

There's a button I clicked by mistake when trying to combine postage - I don't remember the name but it hinted that it would calculate the total... whereas actually what it does is reset the amount to the original TOTAL postage amount. Sent it out to a buyer like that without realising, proudly informing them I had combined postage for them!My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
If you alter the postage to the correct amount and hit the "preview invoice" button (not the recalculate button) then you should be able to see the revised postage amount on screen. Then just click on the "send invoice" and it should be fine.
