I have a Sony Camcorder DCR-SR35E
I am trying to use the One touch disc burn. I insert i dvd into my laptop. I start the process. However, half way through the process, i get a message saying
"The process stopped because an error occured.
The inserted disc cannot be written to again.
Click retry to change the disc and start the process again. To stop the process, click canel."
I have tried inserting another dvd but the same thing happens.
Please help.....

what size is the file(s) you are trying to burn.0
-
Well the whole hard drive is nearly full. I don't get an option to burn specific files. Hard drive is 60GB0
-
and a DVD is 4.7gb so I guess you will have to split the file down to smaller size before you can burn it. Possibly transfer to your pc first and then go from there.0

Ok, ill give that a try. Thnx!!!:D0

ok, iv managed to transfer all the files onto my pc. Now the files are mpeg format. If i just transfer these files to a dvd, will they work on my dvd player? or is there a process ill have to go through to convert the file??
Your help is appreciated!0
