claiming refunds from credit cards!

Please help, had bought Robbie tickets on credit card through Get Me Tickets only to find out that they have gone bust:mad:
I have contacted my credit card company and said that as the purchase was made more than 60 day ago it is unlikely i will be able to get a refund back!  Is this right? or true i had not been aware of any time limit, please can anyone advise?
I'm really desperate, no tickets  no money back and worst of all no Robbie:cry::cry::cry:

When was the concert to take place and what timescales before the concert were the tickets to be sent out?
Some gigs now sell out about 12 months in advance (after you pay of course in full and with agents fee on top - they get interest on this for nearly a year!!) so go back to your credit card company and point out these facts to them.
Don't mention refunds just say chargeback for tickets not received. The credit card company are jointly liable with the ticket agency the only quibble would be if the transaction was for less than £100.
    Perservere - don't give up.
  • cheers guys, i bought the tickets in dec 05 and the concert is this Sept 06, i will keep on and see how i get on

You may not get a refund until after the date of the concert, but keep at them.
