Garmin - exceptional customer service

My Dad lent his recently-bought Garmin Nuvi 205 (non-widescreen) satnav to my clumsy sister, who managed to somehow break off the on/off switch.

He had resigned himself to having to make a very complicatedly-shaped replacement, but he also wrote to Garmin on the offchance that they could supply the part. Two days later they emailed him back (he had registered the product with his email address) with an RMA number. I posted it back on Monday.

Today - four days later, he received a package back, saying they were sorry that they did not have any 205s in stock, but please accept this 255 widescreen instead.

I've owned Garmin handheld GPS receivers for many years and always had very good service from them, but this is exceptional!
