HMV returns

Ho ho ho hello there everyone,

Merry chrimbizzle! A quick question... Does anyone know of a returns address or how on earth one returns a PC game bought online at HMV? Their website gives a return address for only CD/DVD purchases and states that for all other purchases to contact their "Online Service Team". Obviously there is no email or contact details or otherwise for this team on the website.

Very annoyingly they have sent me the incorrect PC game (somebody will be very disappointed this Christmas) and I was hoping to send it back as soon as possible ahead of the inevitable hordes over the next few days...

Any ideas most appreciated! Google is giving me nuffin'...

There's a big link at the bottom of the page for the Customer Service Helpline - 0845 603 8576. Although I very much doubt you'll be able to speak to someone, let alone return anything over the next few days.

theres not post till Tuesday so just phone on Monday and send Tuesday

This page implies that that phone will be manned on Boxing Day between 10am and 4pm.
