Maplins, Unbelievable Quick Delivery

in Praise, vent & warnings
I live down in the 4rse end of nowhere, ordered one item from Maplins, online, yesterday afternoon. Didn't ask for any special delivery at all. There's no Maplins even in my county ... item turned up first class normal post this morning before 10am!

I didn't expect to see it until late next week.

    Excuse me :mad: Its praise to Maplins but surely they didnt personally deliver the parcel to the op's door? Once it is in the mail system Maplins have no control over when/how its posted. Therefore Custardy was expecting a 'thank you' to Royal Mail too. Hence the reason he posted and... Some people seem to forget some companies involved in a purchase/order :rolleyes: It wasn't a sarcastic comment on Custardys part...
